Our coffee is 100% shade grown and roasted by hand in tiny 5-pound batches. This small size means the coffee is always fresh. We are constantly sampling new varietals and adjusting our stock as crop quality and supply fluctate. You can keep up with our current offerings via our blog.

We import most of our coffee through Royal Coffee and San Cristobal Multimercados,
as well as directly from Thorn Tree Coffee,Karnataka Plantation Coffee, and
Valdivieso International.
